SenixPrime
THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED.I'm not sure what actually happened, but most of my mods were still running. I'm not sure what caused some of them to not work but hey, I'm not complaining. Specs:Windows 10 64 bitGTX 750 TI3.2 GHz8 GB of RAM I have the latest versions of both Skyrim (the original game, not Special Edition, though I have that too) and SKSE. I updated NMM.None of my mods are manifesting, so to speak. When I would launch the game before, my lighting mod would make the Skyrim emblem/logo change from decently lit to very dark, and because of SkyUI, I would have cursor control. None of those things are happening. This isn't a fatal error, I can start a new game and play just fine, but I'm refraining from trying to open my modded save because with my luck, I'll f*** something up. It was working just fine even after I downloaded Special Edition. It only happened after I downloaded the "High Resolution Free DLC" from Steam.Has this happened to anyone else? If so, please help. Here is a list of what I've tried:Uninstalling the mods and reinstalling them.Uninstalling the DLC.Uninstalling the mods and reinstalling them after that.Launching from SKSE.Launching from NMM.Uninstalling Skyrim, uninstalling all mods, reinstalling all of it. None of that has worked. Edited November 7, 2016 by SenixPrime

quickyusername
Never heard of this bug, try verifying Cache. If that doesn't work. Idk what to do. though instead of using NMM use MO. (you'll have to re-download all your mods :V) perhaps this'll help?
SenixPrime
What is MO?Also, I did try verifying the cache, I forgot to mention that in the post.
SenixPrime
Update! After backing up the save several times, I decided to load the save.It turns out, a lot of settings were reset but almost all of my mods were still running. I removed all modded items (not that many) and ported my save over to SE.
