Deleted17382089User
Hiya! When I press "F" to snap an object to a surface, it seems like the center of the object gets snapped rather than the geometry of the object. For example; if I drop a book marker on a surface within a bookshelf, half of the book ends up below the surface and the other half above the surface. I suspect I've accidentally entered some "centering"-mode, however I haven't been able to find anything about that anywhere.
thumbincubation
I haven't run into this yet, and am unfortunately not in a position to run CK at the moment, but you might take a spin through file > preferences and see if anything looks helpful. I have used that to reduce object rotation speed from 1 to .1 in order to avoid having tables laying crooked against walls, etc.
Cynndal
Avrorj, did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue, I can't find a setting to fix it anywhere, and it's driving me nuts.
thumbincubation
I have been having it too. It seems, whatever they did, the collision has been borked up. Everything has a giant box around it, compared to what it used to, and half the things sink into the ground. I'm not sure how to fix it, or if it can be fixed.I've just been holding Z and moving it up/down until the little yellow x touches where I need it.
