LE Ring mail sleeve

After downloading those awesome swords of Conan, for some reason I looked them up on google and stubbled upon some pics from this years Conan film.

In one of the pics "Conan" was wearing a ring mail sleeve...

...and I just had to ask if it is possible to create such an item of armor for Skyrim and if someone pretty please would be so kind to make it, preferably with a pauldron added.(I have no modding skills myself whatsoever)

 

If so I hope a nice fitting skirt/kilt and some boots can be made aswell. And maybe at some point some gauntlets and helmet.

 

(That sword looks quit interesting aswell :whistling: )
