LE Nocturnal Dragonscale armor with actual dragonscales

My first request ever. Anyways, I really like the mods that replace the dragonscale armor with nocturnal's robe. However, I feel a dragonscale armor should have some actual dragonscales. So I was wondering if someone could make a texture for the robe with the fabric part (pretty much all the dark blue part exculding the silver and gold ornaments) with a scale-like texture and include a normal map with the new texture.
