Lord Voldemort

Can someone make a mod which can place an NPC (and a player character also, but that is secondary) with the face and body of Lord Voldemort (ralph fiennes in the movies) plus a black cape and hood named.

tough with a small difference: his eyes should be like in the books, but if it gets too difficult stick to the movie version. he should also be taller than most characters.

 

Being one of my favourite characters, I'm doing a quest in which he is an important NPC (tough his appearance only, it has nothing to do with HP-universe)
