LE Vampire Feeding Request

I would like to request a feeding mod that in terms of some of the things already suggested is basic but probably not the easiest mod to pull off.

 

- Able to feed on non-sleeping npc's with animations included

 

- Paralyzes whoever you feed on for a few seconds

 

- Paralyzed victims awaken as if nothing happend

 

- Treated like stealing in other words if noone see's you bite you aren't caught

 

- And most important to me the bite function is a power that way it can be set the same as the shout key so it doesn't interfere with

basic combat functions such as swing,block,cast,jump,sprint, ect.

 

- And feeding refills health and stamina to max

 

Basically i don't want the vampire overpowered. Just a feeding mod exactly as stated. I feel this is all the vampire is lacking

and i like the idea of paralyzing instead of killing that way it can be used on npc's in town who you might not want to kill for obvious reasons.

Also a 24 hour ingame cooldown should be implied to balance the fact that it could be used to paralyize and kill everyone to easily clear a dungeon.

Someone make this please. If not now when the Construction Kit comes out.

After reading another post i would like to adopt the idea that at stages 3 and 4 you burst into flames in the sun. Sounded great and I hadn't thought of it. I think it's perfect from here.
