F3 Wont let me start a new game!

Hey i have serious problem wit my Fallout 3 see always if im tryin to start a new game in the main menu buttons act like they were clicked but if i press yes the game gives no reaction i dont know why this is but i would be very grateful if you could halp me a bit pls. The Mods im Using are:

 

Realtime Settlers New Wave (Volume 1-4), FOOK2; CASM; British Invasion; Spawn-O-Matic 5000; FNNCQ;

 

and the following DLCs: Mothership Zeta; Operation Anchorage; Point Lookout;Broken Steel; The Pitt

 

N thats it someone knows any solution? pls

 

BTW i couldnt download FOOK2 v1.1 Data Files because when i clicked the link it said: 404 not found or something.

 

(ive already googled for that problem for hours)
