Better Vampires+Ningheim Race: Is there a problem with not having the keyword "Actor Undead"?

I've been having a lot of problems with both of these mods, and it's frustrating me to no end. First, I used alternate start to have my ningheim male start off in a lair with other vampires, only to find that while I DID have vampire powers, I couldn't feed. Thankfully, there's a fix in the menu of Better Vampires, which rectified this little problem. So now I have "PlayerIsVampire= 1" instead of "0", meaning that I'm a vampire and I can feed, now. But now there's two problems..Well, you can see for yourself.

I don't understand. What does it mean if I don't have keywords? Everything plays fine to me, but..I just don't want there to be any problems because of that. Like..Am I still recognized as a vampire? I'd like to be recognized as a vampire.

For the life of me, no matter what I tried I could never get Better Vampires and The Ningheim Race to work together. I wish I had a solution to give you, but I ended up uninstalling Ningheim race and finding a decent Racemenu preset instead.
