Skyrim Base Mining Script glitched

Until recently i've not had any problems with mining in skyrim .

 

To give you an idea of my game, yes it was modded until just recently

I've tried everything TESVEDIT for Conflict , Verified Game Cache (came back with missing files but it didn't for some reason correct the scripting error)

as of yesterday I told steam to remove skyrim files , however i'm not sure of the INI files nor did i wipe and reinstall NMM

 

The only mod that would have cause this problem would have been either mining or craft related and all mods are complete disabled and uninstalled by NMM.

(before i reinstalled Skyrim).

 

 

which brings up a question should I also delete the data folder and the INI files.

this doesn't really represent the total number of mods i did have going and i was using a overhaul mod to alter skyrim from a texture and weather point of view.

P.S. I am aware that scripting problems are baked into saves and had started a new character.
