Construction Set: Weapon stats gone wild!

Decided I didn't want 30 damage on a claymore I downloaded, so I opened the CS and edited the weapon's data to exactly match the Daedric Claymore, save value (see attachment).

 

When I load up the game, the weapon has inflated health and damage stats - way above what I've set in the CS. The changes are definitely working, but are somehow being multiplied by some unknown amount. What setting am I missing here?

Discovered the problem while doing some troubleshooting. It turns out that if you make edits to an item in the CS and that item is at > 100 durability, the numbers will be skewed and messed up.

 

I had removed the item in question from its container, repaired it to 125% to see its stats, then put it back, so it was sitting in the container with 125% durability. I changed the stats (including changing health from 1000 to 728 and damage from 30 to 26), logged back in, and the damage was 115 while durability was 858. The durability got me thinking, so I edited another weapon from this particular mod in the exact same way. Logged back in and the stats were exactly as they should've been.

 

So I reinstalled the mod files, disabled it in OBMM, logged in and saved, exited, enabled the mod again in OBMM, logged back in, and the stats were back to normal with 100% durability. Exited, made my CS changes, went back in again, and they were all set.

 

Has anyone encountered this before? Has this been noted anywhere?
