Enhanced Camera view when I don't have it installed.

So basically I was installing some mods last night, I had just installed ICBINE 4 and The REAL Fus Ro Dah.

When I started up Skyrim to test it I noticed that my head was....bobbling. I looked down and saw...well my body.

I'm not really getting why though, I don't have a first person mod installed. After I uninstalled the two new mods, but it still had the enhanced first person view effect.

 

I honestly have no idea whats causing this and I didn't have this before I installed these two mods. I don't know maybe I'm just stupid, maybe you guys will have some ideas.

well first of all remove Birdsofskyrim.esp its very unstable and its most likely BVandRB_Formlist.esp since i have no idea what that is. Intal the first person camera mod launch the game and then uninstall it. Might fix it.
