LE House Map Marker

Oblivion had a mod that put a marker on the map so you could fast travel to your house instead of wandering through town to get there. I've looked around but do not see one for Skyrim. It would be very much appreciated if someone could do something like this for Skyrim.

We'll need the CK for anything like this, I'm pretty sure that if it's anything like TES:CS or G.E.C.K it will only be a 10 minute job, It looks like you'll have to walk to your house in-game until january.
