There were a handfull of Trigun themed mods in Fallout 3 & NV like Vash's signature .45 Long Cult & even Vash's "Angel Arm."

 

A Trigun themed mod for Fallout 4 would be great too! Especially if you like going from town to town, righting wrongs, like a one-man army (basically what you did for the Minutemen anyway). Honestly I'd be thrilled just to have the .45 Long Cult and maybe a red jacket. With those 2 things alone you could make a fun Vash run by maxing out Perception, Agility, & Luck (Charisma would be low because it would force you into more gunfights). You could easily max out your revolver, accuracy, & gun fu perks.

 

There's a lot more that could be done beyond the signature gun & red trench coat though.

  • Piper & Cait could easily become Milly & Merrill with the right change of clothes along with a snub-nosed revolver & minigun, respectively.
  • The ever helpful Mysterious Stranger could be modified to resemble everyone's favorite Nicholas D. Wolfwood.
  • If you take too much damage (say <5-10%) your "Angel Arm" could activate by setting off a nuke in your immediate vicinity without killing you. This would give a major incentive to be as efficient as Vash if you had any companions/non-combatants around that you didn't want to kill.
  • Raiders/bounty-hunters/mercenaries could come after you periodically for the $$60 Billion.
  • If the Institute was run by a young blonde guy & had a couple of unique synths with a minigun weilding supermutant they could be Knives & the Gung ho Guns.
  • Vaults could be settlements/towns powered by the sentient power plants.
  • Other mods, like True Storms, could be utilized to simulate the harsh weather of the planet Gunsmoke. True Storms' dust storm looks like a sandstorm Vash might experience traveling from one city/settlement to the next.
