Help with laggy Racemenu color sliders

Just did a fresh install of Skyrim and rebuilt it from the ground up.

 

I have an issue I have not encountered before and I didn't install any mod I have not had before.

 

The problem is when I try to use the color sliders on anything SKIN related only (doesn't happen with the hair color sliders) the slider itself becomes very laggy to the point it's useless to even try to use the sliders. Anyone ever encountered this before or know of what MAY be causing it? It's very frustrating as it makes thingks like great makeup and warpaints pretty much impossible to accomplish.

You have SKSE installed and the Precache Killer, right? Lagginess and crashes were common until the SKSE precache killer was released, and this sounds like a classic case.

 

In Data\SKSE\Plugins you should have: showRaceMenu_preCacheKiller.dll

 

And among other things, SKSE.ini should have:

iTintTextureResolution=2048

Just checking because maybe something was missed on the new install.

Ya that was one of the 1st things I looked at. It's all there and well. Weird because usually it's the hair and giving me problems but now it's colors. Also weird that the hair sliders act completely normal.

OK, I'm just swinging wildly here.

 

First: does this happen with all skin for all races and sexes?

 

If you finish character creation, exit, then restart RaceMenu from the console, does it still happen?
