SSE All equipped weapons on a character

I remember there being an old mod to skyrim that expanded on the ini teawk allowing for all equipped/hotkeyed weapons to show on your character at the same time and not only your currently equipped weapon.

But unfortunately the creator never finished it and stopped all work on it, leaving it in a buggy mess.

 

So here is my request for a mod that does this.
