LE Combining Combat spells

Im not sure how easy/difficult this will be and whether or not it can be done yet, but pretty much to be able to combine different combat spells, eg if flames is equipped on both hands, it used the over charge animation and creates a larger stream of fire, what i was thinking, 2 different spells, individual effects, over charged, eg flames and sparks, frostbite and flames, firebolt and lightning bolt.
