Bleak Falls Barrow freezing

I'm having this problem after I kill the first couple Draugrs in Bleak Falls Barrow. There's the trap and after it just before the stairs leading down the game freezes every time.

No matter which ones I disable its always the same...however if I disable Campfire.esm or WetandCold.esp the game won't load because it says the save is corrupted. Tried using LOOT but it didn't help.

If someone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

I have the very same issue. Behind the trap I turn right down the stairs and freeeze. I tried to go trought the wall by console commands and managed to get to another map... but the game keeps freezing in the next level of that dungeon :-(

be sure to have the updated smim...

Well, reinstalling the game and the mods completely fixed the issue for me.
