Thandal Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 The NMM servers get disabled for some of the same reasons "Notifications" do; overload. Dark0ne has posted a News article about this. The surge in traffic due the interest in Skyrim SE has caused issues. In order to keep any part of the Nexus working, some nice-to-have elements must be turned off when there are too many users to support everything. Players can still download mods manually and install them via NMM locally. So while it's not ideal, you can still get things done!
