Help With Making Texture/Mesh "Replacer" Mods

So ive got my models (.nif) and textures (.dds) all ready and appropriately functioning, but since Special Edition requires an Upload to Bethesda.net for Consoles (just xbox for now), i need to know what im going to need to do to get the files packed and ready for upload and what exactly i will need to do to get it to appear correctly since its not just a drag and drop replacer like PC modding is.

 

TL:DR

-How to package for upload to BethNet out of just meshes and textures meant for drag and drop.

-Make model and texture files appear ingame as a change and not just a replacer.
