Why are search results being truncated (censored)?

I have recently noticed a curb in results of various games where I search for something and get no results. Then when I do an internet search I find a link and it goes right to the mod I was looking for? I have noticed this on Witcher 3, Skyrim, and Fallout 4.

 

A very easy reference would be to look for Caliente, or CBBE (or nearly every other adult mod and even more than a few non adult varities). I search for it within Nexus and it yields no results. Yet I look for using Google or even DuckDuckGo and I can find it there.

 

So, why all the Censorship?

 

Edit: Think I found the culprit. For some reason, I had blocked tags but I had never set any. I unblocked them and saved. Unblocked them and saved again. Then I started to see some of the mods. Still missing others though so will continue to identify what is occurring.
