SSE Modding and arrow?

ok so im 90% new to modding the only thing ive done is basic stuff such as go in duplicate a sword change the damage to 5000 and then place it in a random building then save done.

 

I want to make a modded arrow and bow, problem is i cant find any type of arrow in the creation kit. My first thought was to make a modded arrow so that it could be used in any bow but im starting to think that is not possible. Are there any video tutorials on making custom models of stuff like a bow or arrow?

 

So my plan is to make an arrow that pretty much can kill anything in 1 hit, however there will only be 25 of them available to use. Making your shots count, now as far as the item ability goes i could make it damage health and absorb health to a insane magnitude like 5000 dmg so that it can kill anything. At first i was just going to make a duplicate dragon arrow and make a custom enchantment that does that kind of damage. Now i want to make a custom arrow, so that it is unique.

this is a tutorial of a sword but arrows are very similar - anyway the arrow requires 2 meshes one static for the quiver and one projectile. Start with a simple sword first
