Lag after installing craftable legendary weaponmods mod

Hey folks I wanted to keep my game as vanilla as possible and just have some 'tweakmods' like extended settlement size and AI enhancements.

Yet I got desperate the other day after some horrible legendary drop and searched for a mod that allowed me to craft legendary mods. It was dracos legendary mod, on nexus. I installed it via NMM

and was surprised that this fairly small mod caused my game to display rubber banding and jittering (I know rubber banding is a network issue but that made me wonder even more, it definitely looks like rubberbanding combined with a lag - it appears every few seconds) :wallbash:

So apparently the issue still persists despite having reinstalled the game and deleted everything I could find on my SSD that was related to FO4 or mods, maybe not everything so are you guys having some idea what to do? I even reinstalled my drivers (clean, with DDU). Before installing this one mod everything worked perfectly smooth.

No other setting was changed, the only change made was installing the mod, really. Not lying at this point, I generally have a good oversight about what's happening on my PC and know any setting well.

I spent quite a lot of time working on the ini files to have my game running so well and look good,(shadow distance medium setting is 3000 and high is like 12000?)

Backups were made but it doesn't matter if I use these ini's or freshly created ones for a new installation of FO4, the lag/jitter issue is still present.

At this point I just want some input to hunt that issue down, it's really making me nervous that I can't play right now because my holidays will end soon and this game was supposed to fill them out

Anyway shoutout to all modders you guys are demigods.

For the sake of all tech forums, here are my specs:

Win 10

i5 6600k OC = 4.20 GHZ  isn't really stressed at all with FO4

GTX 960 SSC 4 GB /running with stunning 1560 mhz baseclock and 4001 mhz memclock, 70% usage is absolute peak in FO4 with tweaked ultra/high settings - my OC is stable - temps are fresh and nice.

16GB DDR4 2133 (I know that DDR4 RAM doesn't make any sense with it's slow clock and high latency, but it's working)

MSI z170 gaming

2 x SSD 840 evo 256 GB
