I recently noticed a dark ring that stretches out and around my character for several meters which follows me wherever I move. Things within the ring tend to be sharper and have more color than things outside of it. I had several graphics mods installed including a hi-res texture mod, an ini tweak mod, and two ENB mods (enhanced shaders and performance). I have removed all the mods and even tried a new install but the ring persists.
