son0fgrim
So as i'm browsing i see a lot of monster hunter imports. I love this because I woefully am unable to play monster hunter anymore and love that I can make skyrim feel like it. I'm wondering if anybody would be willing to maybe reskin the dragon bone armor to look like Rathalos armor. Reference pictures:link link link And maybe import some of the epic weaponry from monster hunter, or remake some of the enemies (i'd love to see a Lao-Shan Lung stomping around the map). honestly, I just want some more epic monsters to fight. and reliving the glory days of MH in Skyrim would defiantly fit the bill. Matth85
A little note: A reference picture is so you can get an idea what you are going to create. Most of the times you aim to get it a 100% as the picture. Your picutres don't show more than 1/3rd of the weapons and only the front of the armor, and seem to have a size of 300x300 pixels. This means nobody that havn't played monster hunter - shame on you! - will not have any idea what they are making. We also need good reference for whatever creature you want, and other weapon. And Lao would be too big for the game. The game is not made for something that big to go around. Though I see no problems in a Rathalos, Rathian and even Kirin. There is also Lagiacrus for water, if water combat ever gets a lift off through mods. You should also note creature-design is quite tough. Mostly because of animations, attack patterns and rigging in general. Not many people could pull the animations off, AND get it in-game.

And yes I know that making these things is hard and time consuming, as I tried doing this myself already and ended up breaking the game so badly I had to download another fresh copy and start over again. I just gave up after a week because my model was so broken.as for NPC;'s I tried that for about 3 days and gave up, between animating and modeling, i was completely out of my league.
