SkyrimPsycho
Best Tweak = Uninstall NMM. Dark0ne is a moron and has ruined the coding for the NMM and the website because he is too cheap to upgrade his bandwidth.

Darkstorne
In Skyrim.ini, under [Display], add: fGlobalContrastBoost=-0.2 Massively reduces the game's black crush issues. No more pitch black faces!
bluesunmerc
iVSyncPresentInterval=0 In Skyrim prefs and Skyrim.ini under display. Then use something like nvidia inspector or msi after burner to cap your frames. I have heard that the vsync in skyrim is a bit buggy and can result in some lost frames. So I tried and it helped save a few fps. Just make sure you limit your frames with something else.
blackandwhite8827
I'm trying to determine the best way to optimize the volumetric lighting. Not too familiar with .ini tweaks at all. does iVolumetricLightingQuality=1 simply mean it's turned on or is 1 an adjustable value? I'm running a few mods that are competing for weather and sunlight and I feel as though I lost my god rays somewhere along the line. Screen from my original Skyrim. I'd like to get back to that kind of thing.

FosterBear
I noticed a new MOD yesterday called "Beth.ini" which gives the player a tabbed selection of changes to make to the .ini file. I have not tried it and have no incentive to at this time, but for you guys it might be the answer...
