Issues With Skyfall Estate

Okay so, a couple of issues - I can't save inside the home, it refuses to do so. If I try, it just closes the pause menu. Second issue is that depending on the angle viewed from, the light effect on the floor of the armory in the basement flickers to appear and then disappear. There's also no autosaving leaving or entering the home. Lastly, I've had two CTDs from two different building actions I couldn't reproduce.

Not that it matters, but I've since changed my ReShade and it hasn't affected any of these issues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
