Missing Door at War Maidens / Glitched Whiterun Textures

Hey,

I am getting issues when I load into Whiterun. It took about 10 hours before these problems started to arise. Here is my load list:

Open Cities Skyrim

So far I have tried disabling Open Cities and Climates of Tamriel and verifying game cache on steam. I suspect it is Open Cities causing the issue, but I can't honestly verify that. Any fixes?

I had that with open cities after I removed it so id say remove it and load an old save outside of whiterun and then enter and see if its fixed.

It isn't an issue with open cities, it's a bug in the actual game, which you could have found with a google search.
