CTD when leaving Norwatch keep

I try and leave this area Right after I hit the loadscreen I CTD. I am not sure if this is mod related but here is my load order.

Generally Alternate start mod should be at the bottom, that's the only issue I can see.

Sadly did not fix the issue

I don't think this is mod related. I disabled all my mods and when I tried loading my save file i get a message that i cannot read because as soon as it shows up I get a CTD

Sometimes errors in mods are baked into your saved game. Try a new game and see if it still does this.

So apparently this new update must have screwed up saves inside interiors and dungeons. I reloaded an earlier save redid the dungeon in god mode and I was able to leave with no problem.

Just typical Bethesda stuff.

Yeah, some people have been restarting their computer and reopening steam and that's fixed it. Bethesda...So much to say...no willingness to.
