Help making a courier

Hello everyone,

I've just started learned how to create a simple quest (thanks to the creation kit tutorials).

And then I wanted to create a mod, but the thing is I can't find any tutorial about this so maybe you can help me figure it out :)

So I want to make a courier that when you enter in Riften, run at you and give you a note/letter, and when you read the note it actually start a quest.

I already try to make one myself but it didn't work.

Thanks in advance

P.S : Sorry for bad english, I'm French ^^
