SSE New Hearthfire Home Locations

It has never been done before. Nobody has ever added more building locations for Hearthfire! I've always wanted more locations to build my dream home but nobody, not once, has ever made a mod that does what I'm asking.

 

How you would go about it:

1. Scout out new locations with unused, buildable land. (Optimally away from any major or repeating hostile NPC spawn points)
2. Sort new locations based on vista and scenic potential (High points overlooking lakes, sunsets, secluded areas for isolationist characters, mountaintops)
3. Sculpt the land by flattening and removing clutter, add a road/path to it.
4. Devise a system to unlock these new locations.

 

Hypothetical systems for unlocking new locations:

• A new NPC could be added in any convenient place who would sell the plots to the player. The plots would sell for an increasingly higher price depending on location.
• Copy the original method of gaining the trust of Jarls in each hold by doing tasks for the townsfolk to be granted the plot
• An interactable object could be added to each plot which when used would prompt the player for the specific amount of gold the plot is worth, the object could then be removed via the crafting bench.
• Quests could be added for each individual plot to unlock it. (Most complicated)

I don't need any credit if someone does decide to make a mod like what I'm asking

i agree completely no one has done for all hols only three houses outside of city
