SSE Better in game mod interface

Hello,

 

So, this may sound silly to some, but the in game mod browser is horrible, clearly made for consoles(I know...). So I'm wondering if it's possible to make it better? Current one has no option for "update all mods", can't change to a list, fast downloads and etc.

 

While I always used the nexus mod manager, I kinda like how fast it's to just click a mod and download through the game, but the interface is a BIG let down.
