Never had this problem before, the file path for the mod is inaccessible, no permissions on it?

And its only on big mods too, like Skyrim HD and Noble Skyrim?

access to the path E\games\nexus mod manager\skyrim\mods\cache\noble skyrim\data/fomod\info.xml is denied the mod was not installed.

 

but its a texture mod? it doesnt have a fomod?

I mean ffs the zip doesnt even have a fomod.
