Request for replacing the Set of Queen's Clothing with Crimson Robe texture please

Would it be possible to create a mod where the Set of Queen's Clothing is replaced by the Crimson Robe texture instead?

 

Or alternatively, replace the Crimson Robe's stats to equal the Set of Queen's Clothing stats... (with same incremental stat improvements for each upgrade, etc.)

 

And can the Crimson Robe texture be in multiple different colors as well - White, Black, Yellow, and Blue?
