Skyrim game freezes

Update:

Still getting consistent, random game freezes. That's freezes not CTD's. Current location for freeze is "Bleak Falls Barrow" which is a b***H as it means I can not complete the mission for Farengar to retrieve the dragon stone.

Appreciate any help from more knowledgeable gamers (especially those who understand conflict resolution in TES5Edit) as:

- read tutorials + dumbass = Migraine + even bigger dumbass.

In other words I just don't follow what is required when reading all the different tutorials.

patches at end of list & mod "Bluecreek Estate" not activated for the Helgen start sequence. Once exited from the cave after the Helgen start sequence made 3 identical "clean" saves. Without activating anything went immediately to Bleakfalls Barrow where game had frozen previously.....new game froze in exact same spot.

Started second new save activated Bluecreek Estate as had previously had freezes in the vault location of this mod.....freeze in vault in same location in vault as previous games; proceeded to Bleakfalls Barrow and freeze occurred in usual location. Third save started, loaded items as per load list in spoiler and freezes still occurring in the usual locations. This leads me to believe the initial 3 saves were not clean, that the problem is already embedded into the initial saves.

My thought is that something is being loaded into Skyrim on start up of which I am not aware....possibly something installed in the Skyrim folder itself or in the data folder.

So I am wondering if a competent modder could take a look at both my Skyrim folder & the data folder and tell me if there are any files which should not be there or which could be causing the freeze?
