first thing i spot is, ussep should be wayyyyy up.

you do need to read moddescriptions, they usually give a good idea where to put the mod.

and how can a patch work if you put it above one of the 2 that needs patching. apocalyps/ ordinator patch.

seeing this, i bet there is much more worng with that order.

load order was sorted with loot fixed the issues you stated thank you

so after having fixed the issues stated even with a fixed load order now the ctd are happening constantly
