Difficulty contacting support

While failing to remember my password, I decided to give up and try to send a password reset request, except that the closest thing to a password reset request is the bad password error page's "contact form" link. This link simply leads to a page that says "File does not exist". Two criticisms: there's no obvious way to request a new password, and the link provided doesn't work. -- Also, in trying to send this, I can't send this message to you because captcha isn't displaying, or something. It says to verify my humanity, but I can't because there's nothing to verify with. I remembered my password finally, so at least I can leave this forum post to contact somebody about it.

password reset. forums and sites use the same password, if you have special characters in your password, you can log into the forum, but not the file sites. letters and numbers only.

.... Oh, jeeze, I forgot to explain something. Everything before "I remembered my..." was an attempted message through skyrimnexus' contact link at the bottom. The captcha image for their contact page is the second thing that wasn't loading, I apologize for not explaining that before. I have yet to experience any significant problems on the nexusforums site. :)
