Audio Lag CTDs / Infinite Loading Screen + Crash

Hey everyone, this is my first post on these forums. As of late I've been getting audio lag where the game audio would go silent, and then catch up all the sounds that were not played usually resulting in a crash. I've also gotten strange infinite loading screens when fast travelling to cities (namely Riften and Whiterun). When this crash happens it takes up to 2 minutes for Steam to realize that Skyrim has ended, acting almost like a memory leak with the amount of memory usage during the crash times. I've been combing over my mods, carefully deactivating some and and I'm not sure what exactly the issue could be. I've updated all my mods and disabled/renabled to no avail. Below is my load order suggested by LOOT.

Can anyone spot something wrong with the load order? Maybe there is a mod compatibility conflict I'm just not seeing? I'm not sure and anyone's two cents would be great at this point, thanks for reading.
