CTD when entering Riften

Hi there!This is my first time posting a problem on this forum,cuz ususally i troubleshoot the game myself,but now i am at a complete loss!

I had some problem with Expanded Towns and Cities before,in Dawnstar,when i entered the town,3 secs later,CTD.So i uninstalled the manual version and reinstalled the modular one,unchecked Dawnstar,and poof problem solved.

Now i am experiencing kinda the same problem with Riften.When the guard unlocks the gate for me ,and i quicksave before entering *poof* CTD.

When i enter without quicksaving *poof* CTD.

Tried cleaning the dirty edits with TESVEDIT,but i got disheartened cuz it's too damn complicated and i am no modder,plus i have a very short patience and attention span :P

Any idea what's causing this?Any more information i can provide,just tell me!
