Misplaced bridge lanterns

[Inquart]

I'm having a little problem with misplaced lanterns around bridges. I attached a screenshot of the Whiterun bridge, by the meadery. Most of the lanterns along the roads are totally okay, but those around bridges all look like that all of a sudden. Similar thing is true for some torches, for example a few in Embershard Mine. Any idea why that happens? Here's my load order:
