Soul trap and Quest reward issue

Good day everyone. I am having a strange problem with my game here.

Whenever I try to trap any souls either by soul trap spell or my weapon which has an enchantment of soul trap nothing happened

but the strange part is when I quit the game and load the save again the souls are being captured like I am doing it even though I can only

just stand still. Also the quest reward is quite abnormal , I am going to disable the Alternate Life mod and went to receive the dragon stone

according to that I can finish the Golden Claw quest however the 800 gold as a reward is not granted upon my quest completion. The gold

is granted upon loading the same save again instead. Also I crash on specific locations in wilderness but I really don't think they are connected

 

On my experiment I doubt it's about mods compactibility since I started a new game to test it but nothing seems to go wrong

I can soul trap , receive a quest reward and surprisingly I do not crash at the certain locations in wilderness anymore. The load order is

not the cause here either . since I always check it with LOOT.

I am using the Seasons of Skyrim enb with an option of NO Depth Of Field and I have tracked the max value used of any type of memory

everything is running at their maximum CPU 90% , 95% ram and 40% of Vram results in 50-60 fps if you need further information please just reply with it
