Deleted638677User
I know this is place is basically for pc oblivion but does anyone have a good character design for the 360 that allows them to pwn, or atleast not be pwned by the npc's? thekid345
Ha!You should buy pc oblivion and download Midas Spells if you wanna pwn Race:OrcClass:KnightBirthsign:The Warrior I dont fancy warriors, but that is easy to do. Another easy class is monk.
evilkoal
well, i usually make my own class it goes like this: Combat Spec. Major - Blade (or blunt or w/e,) Heavy Armor, Restoration, Sneak, Marksman, Destruction, Armorer. BS (birthsign, really lol) - Warrior, or Steed. i think thats everything... this combo pretty much lets you pwn at any aspect of the game. :)you can cast spells, pincushion them, stab them, sneak attk them, and fix your sht! freddycashmercury
I'd say no. Once you get the Journeyman perk of Sneak, the weight of your boots doesn't affect stealthiness. Once you get past that you have a heavily armored assasin who can survive if his sneak attack fails.
thekid345
Oh duh! I forgot about the weight of boots not having an effect. Dang me! :wallbash:
evilkoal
and even until you get that perk, you can usually just remember to unequip your boots when sneaking ;)its usually only like 3-8 AC anyways lol
Deleted638677User
I was wondering, I see little to no things on luck, yet when I play around with luck a little, I can visibly see the AC go up and down sometimes according to my luck, what is this exactly, does this mean if I have high luck I can have extra AC or extra damage from weapons, or more health and magika? xenxander
Luck isn't covered anywhere in any "official" documentation. From trial and error, according to the mechanics of Oblivon, high luck lets you find 'leveled' loot faster than normal. In practice, I stated wtih 55 Luck with my nord, and by level 11 (66 luck), He found:"amulet of reflection: 20% reflect spell" that's better than the "grand amulet of reflection: 18% spell reflect". Luck lets you (low chance) find better loot. Worth it if you really major in it.. but the thing about it, is it has to be a 'constant' thing. If you 'fortify' luck for a few seconds, it's "possible" that a container you open may be 'better' than normal, but upon entering a cave, things set up based on your level as well, so high luck during entry as well as roaming throughout (to have the luck when you open up the container) is nessessary. So unless you "always" have clothing / armor that has "fortify luck 10pts" (highest you can fortify), than you're better off just increasing luck each level. Thing about it is also this:once you reach lv.20, loot is about as impressive as it's going to get, but even if you had the "Thief" as your birth sign and specialzed in luck, you'd start with 65luck and have 85 Luck by that point. Rather good, but loot can't really get "better" from then on...but it will improve chances of more containers having more loot. But all in all, it would be better if the game let you start out with 80 luck, where it would do the most good (Lv. 1 - 15).
Deleted638677User
cool but I was talking about when I fortified luck my AC went up on a few pieces of my armor, which seemed odd to me
