CTD On Skyrim boot (Immersive Citizens & Immersive Wenches) + Airi

I consider myself green when it comes to mods, but I have a basic understanding of "Have everything mod A needs before loading game with mod A on". In this case mod A is Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul.

 

I DO NOT have a Load Order mod, but will list my load order (not including the Legendary Edition files) below.

 

I have the necessary files for AI Overhaul to work, yet I Crash to Desktop upon starting Skyrim through the Nexus Mod Manager.

I don't reach the Main Menu. I attempted to uninstall & reinstall it 2-3 times, to no avail.

However, upon writing this, I tested it once more and it currently seems to be working. Will update if anything changes.

 

I also am having difficulty with Immersive Wenches. Checking the Plugin tab on NMM, I am missing 3 files: SGHairPackBase.esm, SGHairPackAIO.esp, & KS Hairdo's.esp.

Is there a single mod that would give the missing files, did I just install it incorrectly, or are those 3 files optional?

Wenches is the second-to-last mod I need working to complete my Skyrim Harem!

 

The final mod to complete in-game harem is FOMod Airi. The follower herself appears to be working: walks, talks, kills me when I attack, etc.

When I get close to speak with her, the interactive menu (use, talk, steal) comes up with "Talk _ _ _ _ _" where the underscore is a box, signifying a text-character that can't be shown (Kanji or some such).

Continuing to chat with her, my dialog options, and her chat, have the same box(es). Looking on YouTube, and throughout the Internet, my Airi follower mod seems to be the only one having that issue.

 

I disabled all other follower mods in order to reduce the possibility of a modconflicting with the 3 problem-mods.

 

After solving the above issues, I'd like to have all of my follower mods active.

Even copy/pasting your Load Order with the above mods in working order might help me out!
