Skyrim Missing textures and bad distance quality

[Ricoleo]

I have missing lantern textures, transparent blue textures in the distance, and bad quality distance, along with light blue water in the distance.

Where might I go to fix this?

1. You have USKP installed along with USLEEP. While the USLEEP will overwrite, the Unofficial skyrim patch shouldn't be there generally in combo with it.
2. I would put your HisRes texture packs right under USLEEP
3. Ensure you read the install instructions for Helgen Reborn and you activate it only after the cave.
4. If you use Mod Organizer, make sure your left pane matches your right in load order with the various textures you want to overwrite others in the priority on the left that you want them to be, but on the right how LOOT wants them (or how mod authors suggest you install them).
5. Try to test this on a new save, as moving mods can be detrimental to your save.
