Need help with constant CTD

So basically im having this problem where whenever I got cities like dawnstar or solitude my game crashes instantly.

I've tried using LOOT, cleaning my master files with SSEdit, even Wyre batch. But nothing so far has worked to fix the problem.

Now im not sure of what else could be the problem. If anyone has any idea of what the problem could be, or maybe some mods in my load order that LOOT didnt catch conflicting with each other, any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I know its alot of mods, if anyone has tips for what I should cut out any feedback is appreciated.

Did this just start, by chance? I hadn't had crash problems, since release, until this 1.2 live patch. Now I CTD whenever it feels like happening.

Im not sure, up until this point I never really had crashes that were because of this update. I thought it might have been some mods that i recently installed/updated that was causing the problems. I uninstalled the ones added but coulnt remember the ones I updated so im not sure whats causing it anymore.

turns out you were right about the corrupt save. I loaded my game up from a previous save and now its working fine. Thx for the help:)
