New update for NMM mod issues.

Installed the update today for NMM and it said it needed to Uninstall all my mods (currently using it for Skyrim SE) and reinstall them to create the profiles. So I clicked yes and it did it. Ran FNIS to get the behaviors, reset the archive invalidation ect.

 

Ran Skyrim SE from NMM and everything was working fine with the mods, quit to the desktop and when I went back to the list of mods they all have the red circle next to them as if they're disabled, however on the plugins tab they're all checked. And it's under the 'imported' profile that it created and I ran the game the first time after the update but all the mods were checked like normal. Why do they all have the red circle with a line through it?
