Unable to Download NMM and Forbidden access from download page

There's no need for you to access "dev.tesnexus.com". Ever.

Why?

When the new NMM is released, the new file will be distributed from dev.nexus.com/client/releases/latest/, won't it ?

If the client file would be uploaded at the location available for me, you're right. :(

When a new version of NMM is released, it is moved to the regular tesnexus.com. The dev.tesnexus.com is a testing site and repository for older versions.

Are there any functions to redirect to dev.tesnexus.com when I trigger to download from

If so, I can't understand why I can't access the URL above.

Now I can access www.tesnexus.com contents except for the NMM client.

So, which Host did I try to download NMM client from ?

I think it can't be that ISP restrict to access each files. It's strange and nonsense, isn't it?

Yes, I know. But that post only designate http://www.tesnexus.com/content/modmanager/download.php?id=1

or

http://dev.tesnexus.com/client/releases/Nexus%20Mod%20Manager-0.12.18.exe

Both links are not available for me.

If the former link transfer the NMM file (.exe) from www.tesnexus.com only, this problem can't be my ISP issues. They don't have so much time to choose and investigate which file should be restricted.

I've got a reply from my ISP.

According to the report, My ISP do not apply any filter and they suspected that tesnexus.com (or hosting company) deny the access from us. They confirmed the network routing do not have any problems at all, either.

In conclusion, my ISP network (211.133.160.0/19) has been rejected by tesnexus.com.

Of course, I can't still download NMM from "http://www.tesnexus.com/content/modmanager/download.php?id=1"

Please confirm about this issue and fix it... :(

Please don't miss it.

This problem cannot be solved by myself because it belongs to your network.

@kuronekox; Thousands of users are able to use the sites and download files without these issues. And hundreds (well, dozens) are able to use NMM to do so (although there are many problems using it, that's why it's in Beta).

Not sure what the problem is, but it's fixable at your end...

Here's a link to LHammonds' set of "Portable Browsers".

Self-contained versions of browsers are great for testing internet connection/configuration problems.

Sorry for my poor English expression.

This issues is not belongs to each PC environment. There is no doubt. This problem caused by network.

I confirmed that my Laptop PC could access the NMM client download page from other network. Technical engineer of my ISP reported that we are rejected to connect the download page by your network (or your hosting company).

Although there may be few people with my same ISP in tesnexus, they are rejected, too.

Even if I use the such kinds of portable browsers you showed, I'll never be able to download.

Could you tell me how to contact your network admin or hosting company?

Then I'll get my ISP person in charge to contact.

Finally, when you said it's proper for us to be rejected access, I have to obey that... :(
