SailayaSynbyrne
Greetings Nexus! Long-time member, first-time poster.{ TL;DR version at the bottom =^) } I'd have a minor annoyance with Skyrim's random Dragon encounters, that I'm sure we all share. Dragons that JUST fly around, even when there are clearly places to land. This seems like a complete waste. I haven't been able to find any mod that deals with this little problem, from what I've heard there are some Dragons that just don't aggro you. While SOMETIMES it can come in handy. I was hoping the modding community could fix this problem. I would like to request a mod, that would change any dragons that don't attack you into Alduin. Preferably one that is compatible with texture replacers, so players could know at a glance whether or not there was going to be a fight. I'm not a modder of any kind, only modding I've done was changing a merchant's gold cache in Morrowind. So in case the community feels this is too small to be worth their time, I have a second concept to add to it. Some kind of indicator for when Dragons appear, I was thinking a HUD image using the Dragon Shrine compass icon, that is usually grayed out or something otherwise. Except when visiting the Greybeards, for obvious reasons. It strikes Me as odd that the Dragonborn doesn't have some kind of sixth sense for nearby dragons. If there are already mods for these ideas please send links. If so, I do apologize for wasting your time, but my searching didn't yield any mod links. So please and thank you for your time and efforts! TL;DR- I am not a modder. {This will make more sense later.}- Change Dragons that just fly away to Alduin, compatible with all texture replacers. {Told you.}- Add Nearby Dragon Indicator. {Possibly a Dragon Shrine compass image. Grayed out when no dragons are around and visiting the Greybeards until not needed for anti-spoiler purposes.-Thanks for your time!
