Crash to desktop when entering The sleeping Giant inn?

Went to continue the main questline by meeting delphine in riverwood for the undercover thalmor thing and i crash each time i enter the Inn. I used loot and found no errors and im considering verifying game cache but don't want to destroy my mods, could some smart person offer advice? Here's my mod list:
