Meshes missing on npc

Hi

 

Since reinstalling FO3 and mods - minus FOOK, as it caused some problems with FWE - I still have a number of issues, but I wonder if anyone can tell me why upon returning to GNR radiio station a number of the Brotherhood soldiers are walking around naked pretending to hold weapons? I understand that FOOK and FWE both introduced different armours and weapons, but now it's reinstalled without FOOK these meshes dont appear to have been replaced. I've also noticed this in other areas such as megaton, but these are the only places I've been so far. Here is my current load order:-

ps if anone can tell me how to stop crashing when moving to other areas, that'd be cool too. Ta

First run BOSS to sort the load order than make a merged patch, that should take care of the crashing. Then go to your Megaton house (or whatever house you live in) and wait for 4 in-game days (cell reset), that will reset the cells and lists and distribute the weapons/armor from currently active mods to all the NPC's.
