Ritzin
So it seems one cannot resurrect him/herself via console. Have you tried it? It won't work, that's for sure. Would like to have this fixed, in case of emergency, e.g. not saved for a long time.
NEMESISD
You can try the TIM command in the console, that will make you take damage but not die. It can make you lose your head if someone pulls off a decapitation finisher, however. Alternately, you could find a save manager line Streamsave for Oblivion that saves the game regularly. dianacat777
I've resurrected myself before. When you do this, though, the game tends to bug out. First person was frozen, I couldn't really access menus well, etc. It's better to just roll with dying and go back to the previous save, or turn on immortal mode when you feel like things are going sour. AliArtemis
For anyone reading this in the future, The best consistent way I have found to revive yourself (without mods) is: Enter the following commands in the Console: player.resurrect player.resurrect pushactoraway player 1Then re-equip weapon(s)/shield, and possibly carryweight-enchanted pieces, as dying screws these up. Some weird bugs happen on the first player.resurrect, I don't remember what they were but using it twice clears them up.Make sure you select yourself (either click yourself or click inside the console window, to get ID 00000014 targeted), or pushactoraway will not work properly; you need its knockdown to force a camera reset. No save/reload required :)
